Who can submit a staff schedule in MoverBase?

Movers, Estimators and Office Editors can submit their availability two weeks in advance. Once submitted, only Admin level users can make changes to the schedule.

  1. In the Schedule section, if you have not submitted your two week schedule there will be a reminder. Select the link to Submit Availability.
  2. Select the dates you are available for work (the date will change color and display available).
  3. Select Review Availability.
  4. Confirm and submit your schedule OR Back to make changes.

Note: Once your schedule is submitted, you can be assigned to jobs and only an admin user can make changes to your availability.
