If you want to give a client a Flat Rate Estimate instead of Hourly, you can control this in the Estimate section of the Job Edit view.  Select “Flat Rate” in the Pay Type field, and enter the amount in the Fee field.

Moverbase will account for the Flat Rate you have entered and add it into the TOTAL Cost.
