How do I assign a Mover to a Job in MoverBase?

If a Mover is available on the Job date they can be assigned to the moving crew or as an estimator. Other users can be assigned to Estimate a Job if they are available on the Estimate Date. You can view and select from a list of available movers in the Job Create or Job Edit view once you have selected a move date.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Select NEW JOB from the Home page or the JOBS Tab
  2. Set a date for the Job
  3. In the TRUCKS AND MOVERS section, set the number of TOTAL MOVERS and select from a list of available Movers on the right. If you would like to make a Mover available who isn’t available, simply click on their name to make them available
  4. In the Basic Job Information Section, you are able to assign an Estimator and Estimate Date
