How to fix most problems

With a world of 5 major browsers with 400+ devices, 9 operating systems, and more, there is bound to be some local issue.  This may be easily resolved.

  1. Make sure your internet connection is working well
  2. Go to your moverbase account page and Log out of your Moverbase account by clicking LOG OUT.
  3. Empty the CACHE or temporary internet files of your browser:  Here is how to do it for your browser
  4. QUIT your browser completely
  5. SHUT DOWN and RESTART your computer computer
  6. Open your browser and go to your moverbase account login page.
  7. Log in, and visit any page that was giving you trouble
