How to Set Up all your Hourly Rates and other pricing

With Moverbase you can set up all your pricing plans and hourly rates in SETUP to easily insert them into your estimates.

  1. Go to SETUP > JOBS > Rates and Plans.
  2. Scroll down to section 2
  3. Click the names of each rate, and the amount, and select ones to make active
  4. You can reorder rates, or create more rates using the ADD ITEM button
  5. Dont forget to SAVE (above)

Now when you edit a quote or job, and go to the estimate section, simply click on the Select Rate dropdown to select the Hourly Rate to apply to the estimate.

What about Flat Rates?
You can set up easy to insert Flat Rates in Setup > Jobs > Rates & Plans and scroll down to section 3
