What are the permissions for each staff member?

Moverbase allows for different permissions to be assigned to Staff members. The permissions are as follows:

  • All Users: All users can access the Company section in the main menu, submit and view their own availability schedules, and view upcoming jobs assigned to them.
  • Movers: Movers will only be able to view their own information. They can submit a schedule and view jobs assigned to them, but generally do not have access to client or company setup information. Movers can access basic staff lists for contact information, but not job history or schedules for other users. Only Movers can be assigned to job crews.
  • Editors: Estimators and Office users have greater permissions than Movers. They can view, create, edit and delete client and job information. They have access to staff information and schedules, but cannot create, edit or delete staff, or modify staff availability.
  • Admin: Admin users have access to all areas of the system except for the Company information and the Mover Rate in the Company Setup section. In addition to Mover and Editor permissions, they can view and edit all staff information and availability, create and disable users, and access and edit truck rates, inventory lists, supply lists and company docs in the Company Setup section.
