What can staff see?

So, you have created logins for your staff and want to see what they are able to see from their portal. If you haven’t created staff logins yet, please refer to Crew Member Login – Step by Step Guide to show you how that is done

When staff log in, this will be their dashboard. They will see their jobs and company announcements.

FOR STAFF/CREW MEMBERS:

Moving along, staff can set their schedule for 2 weeks out. This can be found in the “Schedule” section.

Click Review Availability to set availability. Choose the days you are available.

Click Review Availability. Make sure you are happy with your schedule, then click Submit Schedule.

Once your schedule is submitted, your employer will be able to assign you to jobs on the days you are available. You jobs will show up like this:

FOR EMPLOYERS:

You can give different levels of access to certain users. Go to SETUP>COMPANY SETUP>PROFILE>GENERAL INFO then click EDIT

The most important tabs for information access will be:

  • MOVER JOB ACCESS – You may allow movers to view job details with or without job financials for jobs they are assigned to.
  • MOVER SCHEDULE – Movers can view their full schedule or past to next day only.
