How can we send an inventory request to a client who has already accepted their moving quote?

You are always able to make adjustments and changes to a clients inventory from your own moverbase account. However if the client needs you to resend the inventory email after they have accepted a job you will need to need to first change the job status to QUOTE before you can resend the inventory request. Once you’ve made the changes you can either manually change the job status back to ACTIVE or you can resend the quote for the client to accept online. Just follow this easy guide:

  1. EDIT the job
  2. Change the job status from ACCEPTED to QUOTE
  3. SAVE
  4. Send the inventory request email
  5. Get the updated inventory from the client
  6. Resend the updated quote to the client OR manually change the job status back to ACTIVE
